Our goal is to make the process of scheduling an appointment as easy as it can be without stress.
Step #1: Contact Us by Calling or Texting (719) 413-5005: Have your insurance details available when you start the process: Information needed include:
Patients with insurance CAN be seen in less than 1 week once insurance is verified.
For Some patients in Colorado with Insurance, our billing is done through a third party company (http://www.Sondermind.com) and patients will be required to complete the consent forms / set up their accounts within Sondermind Portal.
Patients have 48 hours from time of booking an appointment to provide the necessary information details. Any unverified appointment within this time-frame will need to be re-scheduled!
Once you book an appointment, you will receive an email from us. Please login to the patient portal to fill out the new patient forms. There are many forms to fill out so start early!
Due to phone tags, we may communicate with patients via our secured HIPAA-compliant phone system.
Our Care Coordinator supports you from the very start!

Let’s chat! Your provider will help determine your treatment plan which may include therapy, medications, and any supplements recommendation. Your follow-up appointment is set with your provider
Appointments are either in-person or telehealth
We currently use Zoom platform here: http://www.Zoom.us OR the video platform within http://www.Sondermind.com for some Colorado patients. Please review the appointment reminder for which platform to use.

To assess how your treatment is progressing, you will fill out a couple of assessment forms, get text or email reminders and you simply join the video appointment at the set time. We are here to support you along your journey to recovery and enjoying a happy life!
If your appointment entails getting prescriptions, this will be sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice.
Your follow-up appointment will be set up by the provider you see.
